3. Negotiation-confirm order.

Any confusion or needs can be negotiated. After your confirm the order, we will send the profoma invoice to you with the order details and bank account for you to arrange for the deposit.

4. Machine production.

As soon as we get the deposit or L/C, we start for the prodction, and arrange for the shipment accoding to the terms we agreed.

5. Document preparation.

After shipment, we will prepare for the documents you need (invoice ,packing list, B/L and other doc you asked) and send to you by DHL, We can also offer Telex Release BL to solve more time

6. You take the machines out from the destination port with the doc when ship arrive.

There are different kinds of shipping way due to CNC Lathe Machine ,CNC Milling Machine ,Vertical Machining Center ,Lathe Machines ,Drilling Machine ,Radial Drilling Machine ,Sawing Machine ,Shaper machine,gear hobbing machine size and weight:

1. Normal machine size and weight,just 1 or 2 sets, can be sent by LCL. (Less than Carload)

Machines will be sent to sea port by trucks, and will be loaded into container there.

2. Several sets machines together will be sent by FCL. (Full Container Load)

Loading will be done in our factory , and we will do fasten to the machine to ensure machines arrive safely.

Installation: we will be responsible for the free installation and commissioning of the equipment you purchased, so that the machine can be put into use as soon as possible (accommodation, food and air tickets incurred abroad shall be borne by purchaser).

Training: with sheet metal processing machine operation and technical training center in headquarters, HADEN will provide free equipment operation, maintenance and technical training for your technicians. After installation, commissioning and operation of the equipment, we can provide operators to continuous training and guidance on site according to your needs until your technicians could operate the machine independently.

Care and maintenance: two years free warranty and lifetime maintenance for your purchased products. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails and the parts are damaged (except for human factors and force majeure factors), our company will be responsible for the free repair, and replacement parts shall be provided by the company (except consumables).If warranty period is expired, the maintenance fee shall be charged at cost only. At the same time, from the date of your purchase, lifelong access to software upgrade services; our engineers provide quick response when service is needed.

Preventive maintenance: According to your different needs, we can carry out regular maintenance to your machine, also can provide when you need.
